Jenny Baader - Executive Director

Jenny brings a wealth of diverse experience to her position as Executive Director of Center City Association.  A Registered Nurse since 1982, and a manufacturing vice-president for seven years, she brings a breadth of knowledge that spans the medical and corporate worlds.  Jenny's ability to listen carefully, combined with her skills as a persuasive communicator with well-developed negotiation skills, allows her to create and nurture productive partnerships and successful collaborations.  She has offered testimony before sub committees of the Ohio House of Representatives on behalf of small businesses, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, and the Ohio Manufacturers' Association.

Jenny is an active member of our Community, and has served in a number of positions including:  Member of the SBDC Board of Directors, past-Chair of the Clark State Community College Board of Trustees, past Vice-Chair of the Clark County Work Plus Board, and past-Member of the NFIB-Ohio Leadership Council. 

Jenny is the proud mother of two children, Ashley and Michael.

Bill Monaghan brings a background in writing and web site management to Center City. A former Springfield News-Sun reporter and lifelong area resident, Monaghan served most recently as a public information officer for the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation in Columbus.
