There are many programs available for downtown businesses to participate in and take advantage of. These programs are available for downtown businesses exclusively.

Facade Improvement Program - program with financial incentives for cleaning, restoring, and/or uplighting facades/steeples. Click here for complete Facade Improvement Program guidelines.

Clean City Campaign - consistent litter and weed control in conjunction with participating organizations and businesses.

Information Resource - being the community's resource for information on living, working, and playing in downtown Springfield.

Downtown Business Alliance - coordinating the downtown Downtown Business Alliance, holding monthly meetings for the group with educational programs, and providing promotional opportunities through the CCA website and the Center City Map & Activity Guide .
