Bethlehem, Pa., Mayor John B. Callahan spoke from experience about the incremental approach to reviving the central business district of a small, post-industrial American city.
"You don't win hitting just home runs and grand slams, it takes a lot of singles and doubles," Callahan said during his keynote address at Center City Association's 2008 Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 8, in the Courtyard by Marriott downtown.
